According to the Metro, tomorrow's forecast...
"It will be bright with sunshine and showers, wintry with hail, sleet or hillThis seems to be the biggest contradiction known to man. And what is hill snow??
snow, and possibly heavy. Fresh southwesterly winds. Temperature high 5-8C

On another note today's sunlight hours:

i love the cow!! I have never seen such a cow, kind of a mixture between a cow and maybe a dog with those ears. We have snow and it is very cold....YEAH we can go to the ice festival and really see ice this year.
love and kisses Mom
Sounds like the weatherman's trying to cover his butt for whatever might happen!
Awesome shot of the cow!
Still snowing here, which is good because it covers up the window screen that's laying on the roof. :)
Hello
Thanks for the your comments and the link to our myspace page.
Thought I should let you know though that the songs were in Scots, not Gaelic. The first song was the ballad, The Twa Corbies (The Two Crows), and the other one was The Bonnie Lad that Handles the Ploo (The Good-looking lad that handles the plough).
Cheyenne knows the names, origin, and history behind all the tunes and songs that we play. However I always introduce that last set we played because I was taught the last tune personally by Pete Clarke, its composer, and I knew Tam Flanigan in whose honour it was written. The set of jigs wasn't introduced as it can be a bit dry to name all the tunes, particularly near the beginning of your set.
Glad you enjoyed the music though!
All the best
Seylan
